Product Design - From concept design through to manufacturing support, we offer everything you need to turn your idea into reality. We work closely with the customer at all stages of the process to produce products that are visually appealing, function as intended and are easy to manufacture and assemble.

3D CAD Modelling - Using the latest 3D CAD software, we are able to take your designs or legacy 2D drawings and convert them to 3D CAD. We can work from sketches or technical drawings and we guarantee that all files produced will be manufacturable and will work throughout the project with both the customer and the supplier to ensure this.

CAD Tutoring - We offer an on-site, fully bespoke training solution working with your engineers and your parts to help you gain the maximum relevant knowledge in the minimum time.

Mouldflow Analysis - Working with either new or existing 3D data, we can run mouldflow calculations and produce full reports to give you confidence in producing quality injection mouldings first time, every time.

Lighting Layout Design- We offer a lighting layout design service which allows lighting specifiers and designers to generate interior or exterior layouts to check that lighting levels meet stated requirements.
